The UK's first Lamb Crackling snack was inspired by Adam’s love of Lamb Arrosticini, a traditional Abruzzese cuisine from the Italian region of Abruzzo.
Lamb crackling is triple cooked and seasoned with carefully selected spices. Lamb with mint is the classic and tasty choice for a British audience. The Moroccan spices flavour uses a traditional blend of Ras el Hanout (which means top-shelf spices in Arabic) spices. A delicious, unique and innovative snack is a low-carb and high protein snack with essential fats that gives them a delicious lamb flavour.
