Peking Duck was our genesis flavour, we’ve put all the good bits you get from Chinese crispy duck and transformed it into a nutritious and delicious on-the-go snack. Lighter than pork scratchings and 100% natural, these delightful morsels are gluten-free, low-carb (only 1.6g) and cooked in delicious and nutritious duck fat. Duck is naturally fatty and from a Paleo perspective, the fat is much healthier. The fat is monosaturated (the healthy fat found in olive oil) and saturated fat. This results in Duck Crackling having a delicate melt in your mouth texture, quite different to pork, yet still providing a satisfying crunch that we all want from a snack.
