  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200g king prawn
  • 1 x 25g Wilding’s Habanero & Lemongrass Duck Crackling
  • 120g bean sprouts
  • 100g rice noodles
  • 1 lime (for dressing and garnish)
  • 1 carrot - shaved into ribbons
  • 1 spring onion - long sliced
  • coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 3 x bird's eye chilli
  • thai fish sauce
  • palm sugar
  • sesame oil
