This salad is a glorious selection of flavours that work really well together and can be thrown together with minimal effort but maximum impact.
The richness of the blue cheese with the savoury crunch of the duck crackling meets the sweet earthiness of the fig and bitter chicory. Finish off with a zesty creme fraiche dressing.
To make the dressing, simply mix creme fraiche, a few grinds of black pepper, salt and a little lemon juice. Let your sauce down with a little dash of water to make a pouring consistency. And enjoy!
